Just Who Exactly IS She?!?!
Well. . . since you asked. . . I am a Meisner-trained actor with a B.F.A in Acting from Shenandoah Conservatory (acquired in 2022). I have considered myself an artist since childhood. I grew up playing the violin, writing poetry, sketching clothing designs, singing for my family, and eventually, falling in love with the stage during my first ever production, The Pirates of Penzance Jr. I am a lover of classical text, particularly Shakespeare, Greek tragedies, and Chekhov, as well as an avid reader. Throughout my time in college, I discovered a love of directing as well; specifically, reframing classical material in order to make it more inclusive and accessible. Most recently, I have also circled back to my love of writing and started writing for the stage! I plan on applying to various MFA programs across the country this fall (2024) for admission in 2025 and I am just so excited about this prospect!
In my free time, you can probably find me feeding my extremely needy cat Misty, watching a horror movie, reading a confusing Russian novel, or impulsively cutting my bangs over the bathroom sink. I am currently based in the DMV area and have worked professionally in this market since graduating.
